Unskew the box if the non-diagonal parameters of the box matrix \(|H_{i,j}| > H_{j,j}\) for \(i \neq j\) by adding \(\pm H_{j,:}\) to \(H_{i,:}\) while \(|H_{i,j}| > H_{j,j}\).
