AtomicSystem.add_improper

AtomicSystem.add_improper(atom_list)

Add an improper between four atoms.

The improper type is derived from the atom types, kept in the exact order given (the first atom is conventionally the central atom).

Parameters:

atom_list

list of the indices of the four atoms in the improper, in the right order (central atom first).
