AtomicSystem.set_box

AtomicSystem.set_box(new_box)

Assign a new box to the system and compute all representations.

Parameters:

new_boxSequence[float] or np.ndarray

The box in any valid format (Lattice parameters, LAMMPS bounds/tilts, or 3x3 matrix).
