AtomicSystem.add_bond#
- AtomicSystem.add_bond(atom_list)#
Add a bond between two atoms.
The bond type is derived from the atom types (sorted alphabetically); it is not provided directly, since a connection type is always built from the types of the atoms it connects.

- atom_list
list of the indices of the two atoms in the bond.
