AtomicSystem.add_dihedral

AtomicSystem.add_dihedral(atom_list)

Add a dihedral between four atoms.

The dihedral type is derived from the atom types, kept in the exact order given (a dihedral is a directional chain, not a symmetric connection, so its atom types are not reordered/sorted).

Parameters:

atom_list

list of the indices of the four atoms in the dihedral, in the right (chain) order.
