Create a blueprint from elemental composition.
- Parameters:

Target density in g/cm³.
- elementsdict
Dictionary mapping element symbols to stoichiometric coefficients.
- structuresdict, optional
Custom structures for species.
- Returns:
- GlassBuilder
The blueprint.
